NTL Healthcare has unveiled "'CerviCARE® AI," which utilizes image big data
NTL Healthcare showed its new artificial intelligence (AI) technology at the '2021 AI EXPO KOREA.’
NTL Healthcare (CEO Tae-hee Kim) unveiled the 'CerviCARE® AI', AI cervical cancer image reading and screening system, at the '2021 AI EXPO KOREA', which was held at COEX in Samsung-dong, Seoul from the 24th to the 26th.
CerviCARE® AI, developed by NTL Healthcare, is a system that utilizes cervical images big data accumulated over the past 27 years. The system can distinguish between normal (negative) and abnormal (positive) cervical images, as well as classify normal images into normal and atypical images. For abnormal images, the system has created a learning model that classifies them into low-grade lesions, high-grade lesions, and cancer, and conducted data validation with more than 300,000 cases. NTL Healthcare has applied for a medical device approval (class 3) to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety based on the results of domestic clinical trials for the domestic and international screening services of CerviCARE® AI.
At the AI EXPO KOREA, NTL introduced CerviCARE® AI and had a time to communicate with customers.
NTL Healthcare provides various screening services such as cancer screening for women, including cervical cancer screening, and plans to continuously develop and supply new products that can improve women's health.
